Where we ship
  • We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re overseas and interested in our products, email us at care@hellolacewing.com. We would love to hear from you!
Dispatch times
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery methods and estimates
  • We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post. Delivery time depends on your location and the service selected.
Shipping fees
  • Orders over $80 ship free with Standard shipping. Current Standard and Express shipping fees are shown at checkout.
PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, remote areas
  • We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take a little longer than standard estimates.
Tracking
  • You’ll receive a shipping email with your Australia Post tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Lost or damaged items
  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email care@hellolacewing.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
