Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. If you’re overseas and interested in our products, email us at care@hellolacewing.com. We would love to hear from you!

Dispatch times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotions, dispatch may take a little longer.

Delivery methods and estimates

We offer Standard and Express shipping via Australia Post. Delivery time depends on your location and the service selected.

Shipping fees

Orders over $80 ship free with Standard shipping. Current Standard and Express shipping fees are shown at checkout.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, remote areas

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take a little longer than standard estimates.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping email with your Australia Post tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or damaged items

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email care@hellolacewing.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
